ABOUT US
Inter-Plast entered the PVC door and window accessories sector in Istanbul in 1993 with our production and sales organization. With many years of experience in the manufacturing sector, we have aligned our strategy towards the tooling and production of metal and plastic injection molded products to meet the accessory needs of Europe's leading PVC profile system manufacturers. Over the years, with our customer-oriented and innovative approach, we became not only a production but also a tool and product design consultant for our customers.
With head office in Istanbul, production in Edirne and logistics center in Moers, Germany, we meet the design, production and logistic needs of our customers while forming a strong bridge between Turkey and Europe in our industry. All stages of our zamak consumption, which reaches 250 tons per month, are carried out in our own production facilities under our own control.
Under the motto "We design together with our customers and produce especially for them" we started to expand and have been in the industry for 30 years, specialising in the following for European window system companies:
• Tool Design and Manufacture
• Plastic and Metal Injection Molded Product Manufacturing
• Various Metal Coating and Painting Techniques
• Many R&D, Production and Process Development Studies
By offering our experience to our customers, we also take care of the logistic side of distributing our products to our customers within the established and desired timeframe using our SAP supported operating systems and databases.
While we have continued our production in Edirne in our manufacturing plant (with a closed area of 15.000 m2 on a 35000 m2 plot) since 2017, we also continue our service in our logistics center in Moers, Germany (since 2010); always making sure we are stocked and delivered on time according to the planes timetable specified by our customers.
We show responsibility and sensitivity in our area of production and service for the benefit of the world, natural resources and the society. It is one of our most important values to act sustainably - and we do so with a strong team spirit.
